FAQ

How do auctions work?

To participate in any auction, users must first register on the platform. After signing in, you can browse the available NFTs in the Collections section, select your desired NFT, and review its details.

To enter the auction, click the "Start Bidding" icon located in the auction area on the homepage. Then select the relevant auction and submit your bid based on the currently active bidding data displayed for that NFT.

Please note that you must have pre-acquired platform tokens or bonus credits before you can bid. The process for obtaining tokens and bonus credits is explained in the FAQ section: "How can I earn tokens and bonuses?"

You can view your auction participation and bidding history at any time through the hamburger menu next to your avatar in the website header.

In addition, information regarding bids placed on your selected NFT will be displayed as in-platform notifications, including notification of whether your bid wins or loses.

Email notifications for auction results will also be available in the near future.

How do I swap coins?

You can use the Coin-to-Coin Swap system to upgrade your coins. Conversions are performed based on the official structure:

10 Bronze Coins → 1 Silver Coin
10 Silver Coins → 1 Gold Coin
10 Gold Coins → 1 Platinum Coin

Phase 2 Vision:

Each coin has a defined base value based on EX9630 token amount and approximate USD value:

Bronze Coin: ~2,700,000 EX9630 tokens (~$1,863 USD)
Silver Coin: ~27,000,000 EX9630 tokens (~$18,630 USD)
Gold Coin: ~270,000,000 EX9630 tokens (~$186,300 USD)
Platinum Coin: ~2,700,000,000 EX9630 tokens (~$1,863,000 USD)

Currently: Only Coin-to-Coin Swap is active.

How can I earn tokens and bonuses?

Users can earn tokens and bonuses through the following activities:

Playing Cicada Telegram Games (cicada.exir.fun) - Complete stages, challenges, and score points in Cicada platform games to earn tokens and bonuses.
Completing Cicada Tasks & Missions - Some side activities and tasks introduced within the platform offer additional points and tokens.
Self-Improvement Tasks in Linchpin App - In the Linchpin app, complete personal development tasks and daily activities to receive bonuses and tokens usable in the system.

Tokens and bonuses earned in these sections can be used in other project features, including purchases, auctions, swaps, and access to special features.

How can I upload my own photos for sale or auction?

Currently, the ability to upload and register photos by users for sale or auction is not active. Users can only participate in auctions for photo collections that have been created and published by the Exir team.

This feature will be added in Phase 2 of the project, and after that, users will be able to independently upload their own photos and register them for sale or auction.

How can I use the website's advertising banner for advertisements?

Users can submit a request to rent the main page banner through their user profile. To do this, simply go to the advertising request section and complete the initial form along with your advertising banner or video and submit it.

After submission, your request will be reviewed by the admin team. The review result will be notified to you through notifications inside your user profile. If your request is approved, the option to pay for the advertisement will be activated for you.

The rental cost for the main page banner is $6.90 per week (or equivalent in fiat currency). After payment, your advertisement will be displayed on the main page banner of the website for one full week, starting from 19:19 and running until 19:19 the following week.
